2024 Pask Instinct Sun Kissed Pinot Gris grants ethereal in its lightnessLifted notes of white stone fruits, honeydew melon and a touch of warm roasted nuts give way to a complex and textured palate. Characters of fresh pear and delicious golden apple notes. Harvested from Gimblett Gravels in late March 2024. 50% of the pressed juice was fermented with cultured yeast in tank, whilst the other 50% was fermented wild in aged French oak barrels with a short maturation term on yeast lees before blending in July.
