Beneath that, hints of honey and buttered toast. The palate follows with white peach and mandarin skin, lemon pith and a hint of brioche. Tight acidity with a chalky, mineral texture and long finish. Still remarkably youthful for its agean intense wine that will continue to evolve in the cellar.
