Each afternoon, she makes the short trek home from the school bus stop while her mom, Valerie, is at work. Today though, she heads in a new direction when she meets her grandfather, Doyle, a recent widower who is on a walk from his nearby nursing home. Doyle convinces Rachel to join his mission to find Valerie; however, Doyle's memory isn't what it once was, and the two soon find themselves
