We were finding that many people wanted to eat Mnuka Honey for its taste rather than its health benefit and were cooking with it or using it as a refined sugar replacement, therefore they werent needing the higher strength MGO. After many taste testings of different grades and batches we finally settled on the Mnuka 100+ batch that we have today. Its come from an apiary site where
